Job satisfaction and risk of burnout in special needs nursery school teachers

Teaching in nursery schools is a demanding profession based on interaction with people. As result, teachers are exposed to an increased risk of burnout. The main goal the research was find out what extent pedagogical staff mentioned endangered by burnout syndrome and how satisfied they their profession. group consisted 90 participants which included from all for children special educational needs Czech Republic. To determine empirical data, Maslach Burnout Inventory – Educators Survey, Teacher Satisfaction One-Dimensional Assessment Scale measuring teachers’ climate perception were used. results suggest that school at high dimension emotional exhaustion depersonalization contrast level personal satisfaction, job satisfaction working climate.
